Weald Sevenoaks Garden Building

With the rise of hybrid working, our clients needed a dedicated garden office space that would provide a professional environment separate from their main home. They wanted a building that would complement their beautiful Sevenoaks property whilst providing year-round comfort and functionality.

The brief called for a spacious office with ample natural light, full heating and electrics, and high-quality finishes that matched the main house. The structure needed to blend seamlessly into the established garden whilst providing a contemporary workspace.

We designed and built this bespoke garden building with the same attention to detail as any extension to the main property. Starting with a reinforced concrete base, we created a solid foundation that would last for decades. The timber frame construction combined excellent insulation with traditional external cladding that complemented the existing property.

Full electrics and heating were installed to allow comfortable working in all seasons. Large bi-fold doors flood the space with natural light whilst providing easy access to the garden. Internal finishes include plastered walls, oak flooring, and built-in storage solutions tailored to the client's needs.
